Why you need to start walking

Follow 2013 I went to Florida to hang out with my brother where he lived and there we met Joe his friend since they were kids in high school. It was fun hanging out with Joe and Paul together even though Paul wasn’t up too much exercise since he was battling his cancer. Joe and I decided to go for a run on the beach. Wow. What a shocker. Was I ever out of shape. How could this be because after all I was the son of a British military guy who spin his whole life mastering fitness. It was what he valued more than anything else.

I’ve always said to people made up nowhere you understand find a solution for what you’re looking for to get it done . So I did just that. I walked on the beach every day 5 miles in the morning and I did another couple of miles in the afternoon. I start paying more attention to what goes in my mouth.  When I had dinner with Joe last night, he said to me the secret life is to keep your body moving. That was over 10 years ago and they’re my four favourite words I’ve ever heard. They mean as much to me now as they did  then. This is it. This is the first day of the rest of my life in which I dedicate myself to being the top shape. Timeless body and I never stop the walking. I have walked out up to 100 miles long.  This is a real surprise when I was a kid my mom and dad absolutely everywhere.

But as I started walking more and more my interest of nutrition and what I put into my mouth was equally important.

I didn’t take much to get started to keep it going all you had to humiliate myself once and twice . Probably the best that ever happened to me then.

Walk and give you a motivation momentum, and clarity. Is something you knew by yourself and a pretty expensive cost. It’s the one thing in my life that I found that I could do by myself whatever I want to wherever you want and when I’m done I feel absolutely incredible. You have to find this glory for yourself.  I found it in my walk-in. My wife and I start to do walks and other places.  You don’t have to chat a lot when you’re walking just breathe and think about how great your life can be.

If not, what will it take for you to start?

Some people tell me do not like walking.  When they tell me they’re the 60s or they look a little older I’m thinking it’s not what you want anymore. You can’t eat what you want anymore.  Anyone can get sick grow old and die. You gotta fight to stay in shape and you have to fight to live. This is my purpose.

If you’re not where to start just go around the block a few times. Just starting to feel good and your body will carry you to more places.

“ keep your body moving”. It’s the first thing you want to do when you need to do something..
