It disrupts metabolism, contributes to weight gain and poor nutrition, and affects brain function, mood, and performance. It may also raise stress hormones, weaken immunity, and impact blood sugar levels.


Why I Started Coaching
In 2015, I lost my brother to cancer. He lived by the beach in Florida, ran his own business, and chased his dreams every day. Losing him changed everything for me.
I started walking to clear my head and found a new sense of purpose. Along the way, I learned two powerful lessons: keep your body moving and know where you stand. I’ve built my life around those principles ever since.
Now, I coach to help others find their strength, believe in themselves, and chase the life they deserve. I hope we get to connect — because it’s time to make your dreams come true.
